Overcoming Chronic Digestive Conditions, Help Yourself Through Breathwork and Touch Therapy. This is a collaboration with Vivien Campbell, Senior Yoga Teacher and `Oxygen Advantage Instructor to create an online programme of self help techniques backed by research and anatomy for everyone, every age, every body who might have chronic gut problems, anxiety, depression, lack of mental clarity, trauma etc.  It will be going live on April 26th 2025.
